Here is a short list of some of the elements that may be required for your event.

Power Source

Whether the outdoor event site offers a power drop or not, It is always recommended to have a power generator on standby as backup.

Sound

A more robust, powerful yet manageable sound system is required for outdoors. A line array sound system can be optimally tuned for any space.

Projection

Not even the brightest projector can penetrate the sun’s rays. LED video curtains and screens offer the best solution for mid-day projections. In the evenings, a projector can be used to project a screen over 20 feet wide.
